ONABH Private Membership Association Agreement

PRIVATE — CONFIDENTIAL — PROPRIETARY — NON-DOMESTIC — NON-PUBLIC

This Private Membership Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned individual or individuals, hereafter “Member” or “Members,” and ONABH, a Private Membership Association operating exclusively in the private domain under private contract, trust principles, equity, and common law.

Article I — Purpose

ONABH exists to provide private, non-statutory instructional support in the fields of trust structuring, private contract, status correction, equitable remedy, and non-public administration. Its operations are entirely within the private domain and are not subject to oversight or regulation by any incorporated or public body.

Article II — Membership Entry and Requirement to Sign

Membership in ONABH is valid only upon receipt of a signed copy of this Agreement. This document constitutes the private contract between the Member and ONABH. No access to ONABH materials or private sessions will be granted until this signed Agreement is received and confirmed. While a private Exchange In Equity indicates intent to participate, it does not by itself create or validate membership. Only a signed agreement creates the lawful joinder to this Private Membership Association.

Article III — Confidentiality and Use of Materials

All ONABH materials, including templates, recordings, presentations, strategies, and private communications, are private intellectual property shared exclusively with Members under private agreement. The Member agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all content and materials; never re-purpose or commercialize ONABH content; not distribute materials to non-members; and honour the private nature of all Association activity. This duty of confidentiality continues indefinitely after membership ends.

Article IV — Non-Disclosure and Non-Commercial Use

The Member agrees not to sell or modify ONABH materials; use workshop content for public or professional services; share content with any government agency or third party; or misrepresent their relationship with ONABH as one of legal or commercial authority.

Article V — Private Nature of Services

The services provided by ONABH, including instruction, documents, facilitation, and guidance, are not legal, not public, not statutory, not corporate, and not licensed under any regulated profession. ONABH offers private, non-public, non-commercial services to its private members only.

Article VI — Indemnification

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ONABH, its founders, and facilitators from any and all liabilities or disputes arising from breach of this Agreement; unauthorized use or sharing of ONABH materials; or misapplication of process in public forums or agencies.

Article VII — Exchange In Equity and No Refund Policy

All Exchange In Equity made to ONABH are final and non-refundable; given in honour for time, energy, instruction, and materials; and not payments under public commerce.

Article VIII — Enrolment Instructions

To enrol, Members must sign this Agreement. ONABH will confirm enrolment only after receiving the signed agreement.

Article IX — Termination and Jurisdiction

Membership may be ended by the Member via written notice, or by ONABH in the event of breach, dishonour, or disclosure. This Agreement is governed solely by Private Contract Law, the Law of Trusts, the Law of Equity, and Common Law. No public codes or statutes apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

Article X — Deletion of Personal Information

All personal information collected from or concerning the Member in connection with the program shall be permanently deleted from all ONABH databases and administrative systems no later than thirty (30) days after the program has been fully completed and executed, the Member’s completed documents have been conveyed to the Member, and the intended bank accounts have been established. The thirty-day period shall begin only after all of these conditions have been satisfied. The Member is responsible for securely retaining the Member’s own copies of all completed documents and records after conveyance.
